Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using our platform. However, by using our services, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Subscription Fees: Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We are not liable for any damages resulting from termination of your account.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, JA Applications Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JA Applications Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. For consumer contracts, this does not affect your statutory rights or your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through our service or via email. Your continued use of our services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
